Mental Health Resources

COVID-19 can affect your emotional and mental health well-being. Here are some resources for self-care.

Resources for Students

Northwestern's Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) has assembled recommendations for taking care of your mental health during the pandemic. See CAPS's Coronavirus/COVID-19 Mental Health Resources.

In addition, CAPS offers a variety of mental health services and supports. These include group therapy, skills workshops (e.g., mindfulness, managing emotions, relationship skills, etc.), help getting connected to services outside of CAPS, support during times of crisis, and individual therapy. To play our part in ensuring the safety of the Northwestern community, CAPS staff also offers clinical services virtually.
