Track Symptoms or Exposure

Please note: The COVID-19 Response Team does not currently contact individuals who badge themselves red in the Symptom Tracker application by submitting their COVID-19-related symptoms. If you have symptoms and want to be tested, you can visit our symptomatic testing site, take an at-home test, or arrange for a test off campus.

Northwestern University partnered with Northwestern Medicine to develop Symptom Tracker, a daily health monitoring application intended to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 within our community by allowing community members to report symptoms and for the University to display individuals’ ability to visit campus through a system of colored badges. This application is not currently being utilized by Northwestern, but may return in the event that pandemic developments require its use in the future.
